Yes. SoGnar uses walkie-talkie radio frequency, not cellular. If you can be on the mountain or on the water, SoGnar works — no towers, no signal bars, no problem.

What is the walkie-talkie range?

500 meters / 1,500+ feet. Enough to keep a full crew connected across a slope, a lake, or a backcountry trail.

Is it actually waterproof?

Yes — IP68 certified and field-tested in real water sports environments since 2022. Not just dropped in a tank once. Real riders, real conditions.

When does it ship?

Estimated Q3 2026. Kickstarter early bird backers ship first. Our manufacturer Green Willow has confirmed a 60-day lead time once production is authorized.
